 We are very pleased about your interest in being a part of the 2010 Lutheridge+Lutherock Ministries summer staff. Gathering a summer staff is always an exciting and challenging endeavor. Please complete the Senior Staff application in full and submit it
as soon as possible so that we can begin to schedule interviews. On this web-site, you will find everything needed to help you decide if you wish to be considered for a summer staff position and the paperwork to proceed with that desire, including:

We will begin interviewing Senior Staff candidates in December and January. Please indicate
your interview intentions on the application form. Interviews should be conducted in-person
whenever possible.
Senior Staff interviews are available during summer staff reunions. For Lutheridge Senior Staff Applicants wanting to interview around reunion, interviews will be
scheduled on January 1st and 2nd up to until the start of reunion and on January 4th after the reunion. We
will not set up interviews during the time of reunion as we’d like to have that time to enjoy the
gathering itself.
While it is our goal to have as many Senior Staff positions as possible filled by
the end of February, there may be some openings right up to the beginning of camp. If you are
applying after February, you are encouraged to call the camp or email to see what positions are
yet available.
Lutheridge+Lutherock Senior Staff will have only one retreat prior to the Summer of 2010. For Lutheridge Senior Staff, this retreat will be held at Lutheridge, April 16-18, 2010. Van will plan the retreat for the Lutherock Senior Staff and notify you of the date. All Senior Staff are encouraged to attend.
Putting together the Senior Staff, who lead the summer program, is extremely difficult. We look
at all the gifts, talents and experiences of the people who apply and try to build the strongest
overall team. We appreciate your prayers and understanding as we seek to follow the Spirit’s
lead.
