 We are very pleased about your interest in being a part of the 2011
Lutheridge+ Lutherock Ministries summer staff. Gathering a summer staff is
always an exciting and challenging endeavor. Returning staff bring experience and maturity to the summer experience.
The only item you need
to submit is the Application for Returning Summer Staff. Please take time to fill out the application
thoughtfully.
On this web-site, you will find
everything needed to help you decide if you wish to be considered for a summer
staff position and the paperwork to proceed with that desire, including:
NEW for 2011: The application is a fill-in form. You will need to fill the application, save it to your computer, and email it to your site of interest: Van at Lutherock or Kara at Lutheridge.
Please return your application as soon as possible. We will begin to contract staff as early as January and will continue to "fill in the blanks" until all positions are filled. DO NOT ASSUME YOU CAN WAIT TO SEND IN YOUR APPLICATION AND THERE WILL BE A PLACE FOR YOU!! We are again expecting an abundance of qualified staff applications. We will need to balance the need for returning staff while giving others the opportunity to experience being a part of the summer staff team. We will try to let you know whether we are able to offer you a returning counselor position as soon as possible. We will make final decisions about the staffing needs by early-April 2011.
Returning staff do not need to have an interview or send in additional reference forms. We have
your previous application, interview notes, and references on file along with your “feedback/evaluation forms” from previous summers.
