Advent: Trees and Trimming at Lutherock
December 3-5, 2010 (Friday-Sunday)
Join us as we get ready for God's gift to us this Advent!
Lutherock is a spectacular site with long-range views and true winter feel. We will have time to make our preparations for Jesus' birth through devotions and activities. Friday night will include activities to get to know each other, devotions, and hot chocolate. Saturday we will have time for hiking, Advent preparations through creative Bible study and crafts, and time for exploration. We will also have time for folks to cut down their own Christmas trees from the Lutherock Saddle. This program is for individuals, families, and church groups. Accommodations are in the Crow's Nest and Moretz Lodge. Leader: Van Van Horne, Lutherock Program Director.
