Volunteer at Ridge, Rock, or Ranch
Lutheridge, Lutherock, and Lutheranch all need the assistance of volunteers of any kind or age, groups or individuals. From office work to site work, volunteers provide an invaluable service to LLMI.
Office Volunteers
Volunteer workers are always needed in the Business office to answer phones, greet visitors, and many other general office duties. Entry-level computer skills are helpful. The office volunteers generally work at 4-hour morning or afternoon shift, either 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., one day per week.
If you would enjoy working with people in this Christian environment and help send children to camp through your gift of time, please call Margo Rabon at (828) 209-6327 or email Margo.
Site and Facility Volunteers
Tasks range from raking leaves, cleaning grounds, preparing cabins for summer, and painting, to installing fences, repairing water lines to much more highly skilled projects. Groups are welcome to schedule a work weekend or to come during the week.

Partner with Thrivent Financial and bring Care in Communities Money
Thrivent Financial encourages members to volunteer. To help further encourage this, they provide Care in Communities grants through their chapter system. Click here for a Care in Communities grant application. You may request up to $1,600 in funding for your project. The form must be provided to your Thrivent Chapter. This funding can help us offset your lodging and meal cost while you are here as well as provide needed funds to pay for project materials. If you have questions about how to ask for this money, contact Rev. Mike Ward, LLMI VP of Advancement.
