1. Annual Fund
Youth and children’s programs are a major focus of Lutheridge+Lutherock Ministries and, consequently, youth campers pay only 82% of the actual cost of camp and the balance is provided through charitable contributions. Some campers also receive additional scholarship support through the generosity of donors. Families of church professionals and those with more than one child attending camp also receive support.
2. Scholarship Fund
Last year, donors provided more than $52,000 in camper scholarships, discounts and incentives to help children come to camp. In many cases children would not have the opportunity to attend camp if not for this help. In other cases, only one child in a family could have come were it not for these generous gifts.
$395 provides a full camper scholarship
$110 provides a day camp scholarship
$1185 provides three camper scholarships
$198 provides one-half camper scholarship
$790 provides two camper scholarships

3. Thornburg Legacy
The Thornburg Legacy has been established since 1999. It is named after the Reverend Dr. J. Leweis Thornburg, founding leader fo LUtheridge to encourage planned gifts which helps provide for the long-term mission of Lutheridge + Lutherock Ministries. 4. Special Giving Opportunities
From time to time special giving opportunities arise to aid the ministry. At the present time, our priority list includes special giving opportunities for Malawi Outreach, Music Week, summer staff, and the mentally challenged pprogram.
