Lutheridge Property For Sale

Lutheridge will be selling two houses and two lots.

The LLMI Board of Trustees has prioritized ownership of two houses and two lots at Lutheridge and has determined that they are too far removed from the main campus and have no programmatic value. Thus they are offered for sale to generate funds for infrastructure.

Lot 35: (An approximate .35 acre which fronts on Oakhurst Drive) is offered for sale to the highest bidder by sealed bid. Minimum bid accepted will be $45,000 for lot 35. Value was set by market value opinion of local realtors. Click on thumbnail to the right for a larger picture.

15 Spruce Drive: A four-bedroom cottage on two lots with a full basement and detached garage is offered for sale to the highest bidder by sealed bid. Minimum bid accepted will be $240,000. 4 Spruce Drive: A three-bedroom cottage on two lots with a full basement that has been subdivided as an apartment is offered for sale to the highest bidder by sealed bid. For consideration, offers on these properties must be received by sealed bid to the Corporate Office on Spruce Drive by the due date of June 20, 2009. Bidders must have the ability to close on the lots within 45 days or by August 5, 2009. If the buyer cannot close within that timeframe, the lot/house will go to the next highest bidder over the minimum bid.
