Music Week for Adults and Youth
July 8-14, 2012 (Sunday - Saturday)
A week of music, worship, and fellowship in the midst of God’s Creation
A wonderful week of singing, worshiping, learning, and music making awaits you at Lutheridge this summer.
Choral music, organ, handbells, recorders and instrumental music…all led by
excellent clinicians! Adults of all experience levels find challenge, community and spiritual refreshment with other musicians. Not only do Music Directors have the opportunity to sing but also to observe the clinician conductors in action with their choirs. Friday’s grand finale performance and worship are highlights of the week.
KidzCamp provides fun and music for children under age seven while their parents have sessions (KidzCamp campers who are old enough will combine with First Campers for music instruction); all older campers experience various musical groups including choir.
Friday concert includes KidzCamp and First Campers at 11:30AM and all other youth at 2:15PM. Adult Choir and Handbells will be featured in closing worship at 7:30PM.

Clinicians - This year will feature:
Adult Choral Clinician: Eric Nelson - composer and conductor, Emory University, Director of Atlanta Sacred Chorale and Director of Music at Second Ponce de Leon Baptist, Atlanta.
Organ Clinician and Elementary Choral: Michael Burkhardt - composer, Organist and educator, Director of Worship & the Arts for the Southeast Michigan Synod & Holy Cross Lutheran; Livonia, Michigan
High School Choral: Mark Patterson - composer, clinician and educator, Director of Music, Salisbury Presbyterian Church, Midlothian, VA.

- A $30 return check fee will be added to the account if a check is returned.
- A $50 late fee may be added to accounts that remain unpaid at the beginning of their camp week.
*There are no single rooms in Kohnjoy Inn.
**Child rate is for children of adult participants that are too young for other Lutheridge programs. These children will be staying with the adult in adult housing and attend KidzCamp
