We have made many changes to the pricing and policies.

Here’s the information you need to register for Confirmation Camp 2011 at Lutherock!

REGISTRATION:
For new group registration options about registering your church or cluster, please read over our new Group Registration Options document.
If you wish to have your parents register individually, click here for a printable registration form or here to access our online registration system.
If parents are registering their children, make sure they know the name of your cluster.
To avoid delay with your confirmation email, we recommend you check with your email provider to approve any email ending with @lutheridge.com, @lutherock.com, @llmi.org, or @campbrain.com.
No spaces are held for campers or leaders without a registration form and either a deposit or full payment. Telling your coordinator how many youth you are bringing does not hold space for you or them.
ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE THREE WEEKS
BEFORE YOUR CAMP SESSION BEGINS!
If balances are unpaid by the Sunday of the camp week the campers are attending, there may be a $50 per camper late fee added to the camper's balance. A $30 fee will be added to the account if a check is returned.
Confirmation of an online registration will be sent to the email provided on the online registration, and access to the following documents will be made available on the registration completion page:
Those registering by the US Postal Service will get this information by the US Postal Service or email EXCEPT for the health form (unless upon request). We are providing the health form with these materials and expect it to get disseminated by you, the Pastor/Leader, with the registration form this year. Parents/Guardians need time to work on this in order to meet the deadline of May 1. Again, those registering online will get this information by email with a link to the documents listed above. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR PARENTS HAVE THIS INFORMAITON! Online registrations will not be sent a confirmation via the US Postal Service.
HEALTH FORM AND WAIVER:
Each camper MUST have a health form and waiver signed by a parent/guardian to be able to participate in camp activities. ALL health forms must either have the Physician's Exam completed or a health exam addressing the same questions dated within 2 years of the child's camp week. We do not want incomplete health forms submitted and reserve the right to mail incomplete forms back.
Please be sure all required sections are signed and completed before sending them to us. The health form and waiver must be turned in to the Registration Office by May 1, 2012. Pre-camp screening of these 3,000+ forms is a requirement of the American Camp Association (ACA). Review the forms to see if there are any special needs of which you need to be aware and to ensure that the form is complete and signed where required. We recommend that you make copies of all the health forms before you send them in and to bring those copies with you to camp.
We cannot accept a camper into our care until the properly signed 2012 Health Form and Waiver has been screened by LLMI staff. A PDF version of the Health Form can be found at the top of this page or here.
MEDICATION FORMS:
If your campers are bringing prescription medications to camp, make sure the parent/guardian fills out the Medication Form and brings it to camp with any medication in the original container. We will not be able to accept medications in other containers. To avoid problems or delay at camp check-in, we suggest you check this prior to leaving home. The person authorized to bring the child to camp may fill out this form if a parent forgets or is not available. A PDF version of the Medication Form can be found at the top of this page or here.

ROOMMATE REQUESTS/ASSIGNMENTS:
If possible, roommate requests are honored within the same confirmation cluster and/or congregation. Campers may not request more than two roommates. The same names should appear on all registration forms. This helps us to know that it is "okay" with the families for the campers to room together. Groups of four WILL BE SPLIT. If you have suggestions for campers who should or should not be housed together, please give Van the information at least two weeks prior to your camp week.
LEADER HOUSING:
Housing for adults is on a first-come, first-served basis. PLEASE BE AWARE that space for single rooms is seldom available on-site. Please indicate if you MUST have a single room. Otherwise, a roommate may be chosen for you, if a preferred roommate is not listed. We will contact you if we are unable to accommodate your "must have" single room request so you can choose to make your own alternate housing arrangements off-site.
RATES FOR 2012:
Lock in your rate! Lower rates are available if you register early. Receive our lowest rate for each program by registering before March 12. The program rates go up slightly each month, so be sure to lock in your low rate early!

SCHOLARSHIPS:

Scholarships: In order to ensure all may participate in LLMI programs, regardless of financial need, scholarships are available. All scholarship forms postmarked or faxed by the end date listed on the rate charts above automatically lock in that rate even if the registration form for the camper has not been turned in.
